Absinthe: An Elixir of Intellect & Vision

Absinthe, aka "the green fairy" is an alcohol spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium with green anise, sweet fennel and other herbs. The high alcohol content is rumored to cause hallucinations.  Truthfully I had no idea that it was "The Artist's Choice".... makes sense. 
This piece is presented self-framed 25" x 25", and entirely encrusted in recycled Mardi Gras beads.  The pale green field and skeleton were beaded with GLOW IN THE DARK beads!!!  Look for the Krewe d'etat skulls beads I caught one year embedded in the off white "bone" background.
